WHOLESALE TERMS + CONDITIONS

If you’re a retailer looking to carry GIFTALENT pieces in your brick & mortar or online store, then welcome! General conditions are detailed below. Please email info@giftalentshop.com for more information.

Most of our designs are one-of-a-kind meaning my standard is no duplicate pieces. That said,  I am open to curating or creating a collection for your shop, or revising a current design, when possible, to allow you to order multiples of the custom design. However, this will be based on the availability of the materials (e.g., beads, fabric, leather) used in the designs. Such custom work will have a minimum order quantity (MOQ) that must be met in order to purchase.

PRICING & PAYMENT:

All prices are listed in US dollars. Pricing is made available upon wholesaler approval. Prices are subject to change without notice.  The most current online price supersedes any previous pricing.  Pricing of materials is subject to change according to the current market rates.

GIFTALENT orders must be pre-paid. We do not offer accounts at this time. 

MINIMUM OPENING ORDER & REORDERS:

Minimum opening order is $300 plus the cost of insured shipping. Orders are paid in full. This includes custom requests which must be paid in full before production begins.  There is a minimum reorder amount of $180, plus insured shipping.

CHANGES TO ORDERS:

Any changes or cancellations to orders must be emailed to info@giftalentshop.com within 48 hours.

Any items that appear on the invoice and are missing from a shipment must be reported via email (info@giftalentshop.com) within 5 business days of receipt of order.  At that time, we will ship the missing items.  If notification of missing items is not provided, the customer is liable for the amount due stated on invoice.

FABRICATION & LEAD TIME:

I am solely responsible for all production and I do everything I can to fulfill orders in a timely manner for you. However, please keep in mind that due to the nature of my handmade production process, lead times may also change unexpectedly. I will always keep you informed and communicate any changes to you promptly via email. Orders placed during busy seasons are also subject to longer lead times as noted below.

Ready-made items are ready to ship within 1 to 3 business days.  Curated collections will take longer.

Lead time for orders from January to August delivery time is 1 to 2 weeks.  Orders placed after September 1st may take longer.  Contact us for delivery time for orders placed after September 1st.

When ordering, a time estimation on your order will be given after your payment. Feel free to contact me at info@giftalentshop.com regarding any questions about the status of your order.

DELIVERY: 

Though uncommon, RUSH orders may be available upon request, are dependent on stock availability and may include extra shipping charges. 

Shipping charges will be added to all orders and will be shipped by USPS.  Additional insurance is required.

All shipping charged for returns, exchanges, repairs are the buyer's responsibility and cannot be refunded.

Refused packages will be charged full shipping, handling, and other charges incurred.

REPRESENTATION OF PRODUCT:

All pieces in your order will come with GIFTALENT packaging that could include earring cards or product tags. If the retailer sells GIFTALENT products on their online store, the description of the product must include that it is “handmade by GIFTALENT.”

BAJCA LLC retains all rights to all images of products provided and retains the right to prohibit the use of any and all images provided. Retailer may not alter (e.g., crop, change background colors, add text) provided photos other than to size appropriately for website and marketing materials.

RUSH ORDERS:

I may be able to rush your order if the production schedule allows. A rush order is defined as a retailer needing their order to ship out within 7 days of placing the order.

Rush orders up to $300 in value will require an additional production fee of $100. Rush orders from $300 to $600 in value will require an additional production fee of $150. Rush orders beyond $600 in value will require an additional production fee equal to 25% of their total order cost, less shipping. The retailer will be responsible for any expedited shipping methods. I will send a digital invoice for the additional charges that must be paid before shipment of the rush order.

If your order needs to be rushed, please contact me at info@giftalentshop.com before placing the order to ensure it will be possible.

EXCLUSIVITY:

Approval is needed before becoming a GIFTALENT stockist.  Exclusivity (e.g., by location, store type, etc.) is not guaranteed.  

NATURE OF HANDMADE PRODUCTS:

All of our products are handmade.  Due to the nature of our production method, each product may vary slightly.

CARE INFORMATION:

Proper care of GIFTALENT items will greatly increase its lifespan and your customer's satisfaction.  

DAMAGES | DEFECTS:

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival.

Please contact GIFTALENT at info@giftalentshop.com within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments.  Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise.  Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

A 30-day warranty covers defects in workmanship performed by GIFTALENT. Refunds or exchanges will only be granted if merchandise is deemed defective in workmanship, which is to be determined solely at our discretion.

Orders may be canceled in writing by emailing info@giftalentshop.com within 48 hours of being placed. This will help us avoid production costs associated with the order.

We do not accept returns on unsold merchandise.

Contact us for authorization before shipping us any jewelry for repairs.

Custom orders and collections are considered final sale.

SALES OUTLETS | WEBSITE & ONLINE SALES:

You are only authorized to sell through the retail store that you listed on your initial inquiry.  Secondary stores must receive prior approval.  Online sales through your own website are permitted as long as GIFTALENT receives full credit in each product listing – “handmade by GIFTALENT”. Sales through sites such as eBay or Amazon are strictly prohibited, however. 

COPYRIGHT & IMAGES:

This website is owned by BAJCA LLC dba GIFTALENT, and subject to copyright. Upon request, approved images and logos can be provided for promotional use.

PRIVACY POLICY:

Any personal information that you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number and email address will be treated confidentially and will not be released, sold or rented to any entities.  We do, however, reserve the right to list your store's contact details in the Stockists section of our website to and/or provided to a potential customer at their request.

We do not collect or record any credit card details you may provide when purchasing products from giftalentshop.com.  Your payment details are securely passed to and processed by Shopify.

CONSIGNMENT:

Consignment is offered on a limited basis at this time. Please email info@giftalentshop.com for information about consignment or trunk show opportunities.

BAJCA LLC will not be held liable for indemnification between the retailer and its customers.

By completing an order and receiving an invoice from BAJCA LLC (dba GIFTALENT), you hereby state that you have read, understand, and fully comply with the listed terms and conditions.  You agree to comply fully with our terms and conditions for the entire duration that you carry and sell GIFTALENT.
